my summer job
hola a todos y todas!!
my summer job is over, so i'm very happy because i'm free and i have money!!
i came back from Sofia poor (really poor) so as everybody (almost everybody) i had to work to earn money. I looked in several temporary jobs office and finally i found a good job in CENER (renewable energies national center/ centro nacional de energias renovables)
it wasn't an engineer work. i was a technician in the laboratory of solar collectors. The job was easy and sometimes boring (the night shift was really awful). this is the stuff we worked with:
the center is in the innovation city. this place is full of modern buldings of renewable energy company. the bulding where i was is really modern, of course, hehe.now i'm free and i have to think about my future, bufff. to begin, tomorrow i have the second interview for a job in italy. i'm really nervous but i hope it's ok.
i hoper everybody is ok and happy!!! kisses!!!!
PS: especial picture for clem:
Sunday of sadness for Laura and Lithuanian basketball...;)
I'm sure today is declared a day of mourning in Lithuania! Because apparently all of you were not thinking about anything else these days, hehe. :P
My deepest condolences but the final will not be LT against Spain. It's a pitty 'cause we would have kicked your asses ;)
Ok,ok, so yesterday it was great, i had the opportunity to see some other erasmus again and go out and have fun. It was not Stroeja or Fish bar, and of course the prices were not the same at all...but it was really cool! And beers in Belgium are great, and also the mojito and everything! Thanks Clem for being our night guide! ;) And Thanks Simon for coming even after work.
It's great to still in contact and see some people from time to time! Unfortunately there are no pictures, i forgot my camera at home :)
Kisses for everybody!
Esrasmus meeting number 3
After Pamplona and St Jean de Luz, 3rd meeting was in Bruxelles.
I am speaking from belgium in the flat of the brother of Elisa. Yesterday we met Simon and Clemence in the center of Bruxelles. Really cool. For the details of the party, please ask the rest of the people because I don't really remember everything. I am not often going to Belgium so I took the opportunity to try new beers.
And Laura, are you crying ? What happened to your team ? I think Elisa wants to say something personaly so I'll let her make fun of you :-)
Bye guys
PS : Sebo, it's kind of amazing the amount of time you are on your computer. You write in the blog every 2 hours.

Balkan Road Trip
I took a road trip with a friend, from Ljubljana in Slovenia, to Dubrovnik in Croatia, passing by Mostar and the south of Bosnia.
To my big surprise, Ljubljana is not as bad as what I thought before. I had the image of a cold and old fashioned city, based on the Austrian model (sorry Werner if you ever read this) but in fact it's beautiful, cosmopolitan, living, with modern places, modern people.
Croatia is cool, but not the Germans who are packing the roads with their huge caravans, and packing the beaches, bars and restaurants with their ugly red faces, their awful beer, awful food and awful mannors. In the region between Split and Dubrovnik, there's also a lot of Czech people, I don't know why so many of them go there, maybe some kind of agreement between them, maybe Czech Republic gives a lot of free Czechian beer, the Pilsner, to Croatia, and in exchange, Czech people use the Croatian motorways for free...
The best part of the trip was Bosnia, which is really impressive. 15 years after the end of the war, you still feel it close, and feel to country ready to explode again at any second. In the South, many Christian Croatians live in separate villages, which are a lote richer then the Bosnian parts, and they put big Christian crosses on the surrounding hills, build many huge churches, and they put the Croatian flag everywhere, and also nationalist and racist slogans towards muslim Bosnians.
In muslim villages, everything is still destroyed, a lot of empty houses, with bullet and fight impacts, put on fire, very sad, very moving, it's like many ghosts are still living there.
Mostar is crazy too, on one hill, muslim part, with the old town, the famous bridge, with a lot of Japanese tourists on it; on the other hill, christian part, with huge cross, many churches, everything rebuilt, and in the middle, the modern city, with destroyed houses, sadness, emptyness.. You almost feel like crying when entering there!
After feeling so moved in Mostar, I went back to Croatia, and needed something to confort myself... and i found... Pop-keks!! Yes!!! I bought ten of them, and made it try to my friend, who liked it, but as some will say, not such a big deal ;-)
And then, beach day, with with with.. the pink doughnut!!! amazing, a l'abordage and all that stuff! I thought a lot about you great people, and the trip on the Black sea for sure, and I thought that I miss all that and I miss you!

Hope all of you are ok, working studying or just doing nothing like Sebo :)
I am in Brussels trying to learn French. But I wanted to tell you a little curiosity, hehe. There is a bulgarian guy in my class, and amazingly he speaks very good english and he is learning french. He finds Sofia dirty and he doesn't want to go back. But the main important thing (and this information is mainly for Ana, Nacho and Ripi )............. Everyday he takes a red bull! He doesn't take pit bull, orgasmus or much more that they had in sofia, but he takes energy drink everyday. It makes me remember you a lot, its funny! Maybe some day he will bring a zagorka, a kamenitza, flirt vodka or even a shopska for the break! Or maybe take his radio with shit loud music...we will see, i will inform you! :)
Apart from that everything is ok, missing erasmus life because here i have something to do, but it's ok!
Kisses for everybody!

Helloooo from Ananaooo!
So I'm very well. These last weeks I did different things. The last week of august I went on holidays with Sebobo. Yes, I know I was really brave but I survived one week with him. No, it was a really cool place I´ll so u some pictures. It´s a small French island called Belle-île. It’s French so it was smelling cheese a lot, but it was very nice.
Sebobo cannot appreciate it but this rock looks like a pelican, I´m sure.
Also some weekends, I went with my friends to “ferias” to different villages. So of course I sang, shouted, danced and laugh a lot. And Laura and Ola, I shouted in the toilets, for sure.
And these days I’m meeting my friends, visiting my cousins and also doing some stupidities as you can see in the following picture. It´s my mum with the biggest zucchini in the world, hehe. She doesn´t know yet that I put this picture, hehe.
Well, I hope all of you are great. Good luck for those that are studying, working or waiting like me. Kisses. See u!
Toma is back
I was not talking a lot on the blog but I have a good reason : no internet at home. In fact I still don't have Internet but I've got an arrangement with the neighbour to connect temporarly on his Wifi.
I am back in Compiègne (the city where I am studying) for 1 week now. I am still in the Erasmus spirit because I am one of the volunteers who are in charge to take care of foreigners in the university, to integrate them in the university life and also to organise travel for them. First days were boring because it was helping them to choose subjects but now it's more taking drinks together so it's cool.
Yesterday, it was also the first official day of the semester. I met the guy in charge with informatic in my University. They still don't know what will be validate after my semester in Bulgaria. Yes because in my University, they consider that other University are not the same level so it's not because you validate 5 subjects somewhere that you'll have 5 subjects here. So it's a bit complicated. Maybe Bulgaria will cost me an additional semester. I'll tell you later.
So hope everybody is fine.
I can see that Sebo is a big geek and wasting a lot of time on the blog. But that I knew before :-)
I can see that Laura is first supporter of her basketball team. Good job, they won yesterday again France, easily. But France is not very good team because best player are all playing in NBA and they are never training with national team. For the Euro, they just met 2 weeks before the first match. So not a lot of chances to win the championship.
Ciao

Some movies
- Road trip:
Well, it's not a amazing movie,
but nice and droll!! A kind of American pie, so just watch it when you don't want to think about the scenario, and just spend a nice time. The last american movie I saw, but this one in the cinema, last night. Story of a girl very confused, because in one moment she sees her husband dead, and another one is alive... she has premonition and will try to save him.

4. Volver
I'm sure that almost all of you have already seen this movie with the gorgeous Penelope Cruz, and realized by Pedro Almodovar.

This one is also spanish. And it's my 'coup de coeur' (my infatuation^^). The story relater an neighbours everyday life in a suburb of Barcelona. Different person, with different lives.... One couple in which one has a cancer and her wife try to give him all he wants thanks to the money from the sell of drugs, another one who see his wife leaving him, a chinese going to work in a bar, a young guy falling in love for a real geek (freaky for spanish) who has a relation since 2 years with an argentinian man, etc.

Kiss to everyone!

Saying "Hello" from land of basketball (not Spain)...
My life is fast now. I’m working… Ammm… Working... and… working. Sounds not so good, but I’m happy! My colleges likes’ how I’m writing, so they started to trust me even after two weeks. That’s cool! Today I was sitting at work very long, because one girl came back from Italy and we were kind of “celebrating” this fact with some alcohol. What was cool to hear from her, that she was going to meet her Erasmus friends! After 3 years!!! And by the way – now I have not one, but two works – another in newspaper… I will write about Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and other shit. But I need money, so I don’t care and they pay good…
What else… Well, again I have to study and to go to uni. Sometimes. The funniest fact about studies is that it was forbidden to drink all day! September 1st is the day, when all children stat to go to school and students to universities. Usually people are drinking a lot this day, but his year it was forbidden to it: you can not buy alcohol in bars, shops and so on… Just from taxi drivers (in secret and for double price).
But, on the other hand to live in Vilnius was really great these days (and even not because it is Vilnius)… We have now some special days of our capital, so in the streets there are theater shows, big concerts and traditional arts… In conclusion – funny and cool. By the way, Jesus, I was looking around at people in the streets – you will like my city – there are a lot of modern people… It’s a pity that I didn’t have camera, but it was wow: some girls with yellow, blue or whatever hears, very plastic clothes and so on…
By the way, during this festival we had one guy from France who crossed our biggest square on rope. This rope was 15 meters height and 250 long. He was hero! You can see him here: http://whatson.delfi.lt/news/culture/article.php?id=14234774. It looked quite scary, because it started to rain when he started to walk.
Hmm… I think that’s all. I had just few parties, but I didn’t get drunk and I didn’t do anything more bad or stupid, or crazy as I was doing with all of you – so, nothing special… Just I miss you all! Big kiss for everybody!!!!
P.S. Hey Spanish guys, we are all “sick” about basketball now – shout sometimes for Lithuanian team in Spain! OK? Yea, I now, everybody are saying here, that Spain will be the winners this year, but leave for us 4 place… ;) We worth it!!!
